सूचना का अधिकार

दूरसंचार विभाग (डीओटी) के एक संबद्ध कार्यालय, डिजिटल भारत निधि (डीबीएन) फंड से संबंधित कोई भी जानकारी चाहने वाला भारत का कोई भी नागरिक अपना आवेदन केंद्रीय लोक सूचना अधिकारी (सीपीआईओ) के रूप में नामित अधिकारियों को भेज सकता है, सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 5(1) तहत।
