Introduction

Any citizen of India seeking any information relating to the Digital Bharat Nidhi (DBN) Fund, an attached office of the Department of Telecom (DoT), may address his or her application to officers designated as Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) in pursuance of section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
