Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw is currently the Union Cabinet Minister for Railways, Communications, Electronics and Information Technology. He was elected unopposed to the Rajya Sabha (Upper House) in June 2019. He represents the Eastern State of Odisha. Shri Vaishnaw earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, USA and Masters in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India.

Shri Vaishnaw brings a blend of experience in government entrepreneurship and public services. He firmly believes in the philosophy of Antyodaya- which is, transforming the lives of the marginalised sections of society.

Shri Devusinh Chauhan

Shri Devusinh Chauhan is currently the Union Minister of State for Communications. He obtained Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Government Polytechnic College in Porbandar, Gujarat and worked as an engineer in Akashwani Kendra an organization under the Government of India for thirteen years. Subsequently, he left the government service in 2002 to join public life as a politician to serve the people of India.

Shri Devusinh Chauhan was elected as Member of Parliament for 16th and 17th Lok Sabha from Kheda, Gujarat. He served as a Member of Parliamentary Committee on Water Resources and Defence as well as a Member of Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Ministry of Food Processing Industries. He has undergone a short course at King’s College, London which was organized by the British High Commission.
